Reading the mind by tracking the eyes: Computer attempts to understand humans’ visual reasoning

New research uses the built-in camera on a computer to track and record the eye movement of health professionals as they viewed identical radiography images on the computer screen.

Emmanuelle Wallach joined the College of Engineering faculty as an adjunct instructor in the Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Department. She brings access to Simio Enterprise Edition, state-of-the-art simulation software, thanks to a grant valued at $228,000.
