Room Reservation Policy

Only COE faculty, staff, and students will be allowed to schedule spaces controlled by the College. Prior to checking out space a MoCode must be left with the reservation attendant. This MoCode will only be used if damage has occurred to any space or CoE equipment.
- Requests are not approved immediately. Approval may take several days or longer during busy periods of the semester.
- If your request is approved your reservation will appear on the Room Reservations Calendar.
- If your request is denied you will receive an email with the rejection notification.
- If an individual reserves a room they must sign out the key from the Dean’s Office and return it immediately after their meeting. If this individual is reserving the room after hours or on the weekend the key must be returned on the next business day by 8:00 AM.
- Once the individual has finished using the room the following must occur:
- All doors must be locked.
- The lights and projector must be turned off and all furniture returned to its original position.
- Report to Marty Walker W1044 Lafferre Hall, any problems that have occurred.
- Police up all trash and food items as necessary. Your organization will be held responsible for any cleanup or damage to equipment.
- Until Summer Welcome and Summer Camp Dates have been finalized, Ketcham Auditorium will not be available for reservation for the months of June and July.
