How do I register for the career fair?

You can register at HireMizzouTigers.com. If your organization is not registered on this site you will need to create an organization profile. If your organization is already registered, you will simply need to add yourself as a contact.

What time can we start setting up?

You can begin unloading and setting up at 8 a.m. on the morning of the career fair.

What does the registration fee include?

The registration fee includes one 6-foot table, a tablecloth, chairs, a back-drop and a buffet lunch for up to four recruiters.

How can I pay the registration fee?

You may pay the registration fee with a check or credit card.

Checks should be made payable to Engineering Career Services and mailed to:

What is the cancellation/refund policy?

  • Fall 2017 Career Fair: Employers canceling their career fair registration between Aug. 1-31, 2017 for the Fall 2017 Engineering Career Fair will receive a 50 percent refund of their career fair fees. Employers cancelling on or after Sept. 1, 2017 will not be eligible for any type of refund.

Where do I ship displays and materials for the career fair?

Displays and materials may be shipped prior to the career fair, but please plan to have your shipment arrive no later than noon the day before the fair to the Engineering Career Services Office:

You are responsible for providing a return shipping label and arranging the carrier pickup  from the site of the career fair.

Where can I unload my vehicle and park?

For the Fall 2017 Engineering Career Fair, please unload your vehicle in front of the Mizzou Arena. There will be student volunteers available to assist you unload and carry materials. Students will also be available at the end of the day to assist in breaking down and loading materials into your vehicle.

Employers may park for free in the lots surrounding the Mizzou Arena. Specific parking information may be obtained prior to each individual career fair.

What are options for interviewing candidates after the career fair?

You can sign up for interview space when you register for the career fair.

You can select interview candidates from the résumés received at the career fair or you can choose to make a “schedule” on HireMizzouTigers.com and have students submit résumés through that site. If you do choose an online schedule, you have the option to review résumés before choosing students to interview or leave the schedule open for anyone who meets the requirements to sign up.

You may also have students submit résumés to your organization’s website or by email.
