Adam Frankenberg Receives Concrete Council Scholarship

Senior Adam Frankenberg has been awarded the Concrete Council Scholarship. Each year, four scholarships in the amount of $1000 are awarded to students, representing 4 different universities, from the St. Louis area entering their senior year, who seem most deserving and best able to utilize knowledge of concrete construction in their careers.

Every July the Concrete Council holds its annual Golf Tournament to raise funds for College Scholarships. This year's tournament was held on Monday, July 13, 2009 at Bogey Hills Country Club in St. Charles, MO. Barnes Industrial Group sponsored the tournament and assisted with its operations. More than 120 players participated in this year's tournament.

Adam will be honored at the Annual Quality Concrete Awards Dinner on Thursday, November 12, 2009.  The Dinner will be held at the Missouri Athletic Club in St. Louis MO.
