Alumni Mentorship Program
The Alumni Mentorship Program pairs engineering students with mentors who can provide leadership, coaching, counseling and friendship.
Mentors are members of Engineering’s Recent Alumni Development Board, which is made up of alumni who are 1-10 years out from graduation.
Throughout the program, discussions between mentors and mentees are facilitated by the College, and topics for discussions, whether they take place in person or electronically, will include résumé reviews, exploring career goals, learning about industry and corporate culture, and more.
To apply, students must
- have at least sophomore standing (be in your second year or have 30-60 credit hours)
- have at least a 2.0 cumulative GPA
