Engineering Day for Kids


The University of Missouri College of Engineering’s Engineering Day for Kids is a free opportunity for third, fourth and fifth  grade students to learn about civil engineering. Lunch will be provided.

During the event, students will learn about

  • the different types of engineering
  • what engineers do
  • what college is like for an engineering student
  • Mizzou Engineering’s student competition teams

Lunch will be provided.


This event will be run by Mizzou engineering students from Mizzou Engineering American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).


Lafferre Hall, University of Missouri (use 6th street entrance).


Saturday April 30, 2016

9 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m.


This is a Free event


Download the registration from here, complete and mail in to Mizzou ASCE, 22 Heinkel Building, Columbia, MO 65211.  Note: The form is due by April 15, 2016.
