The Gangopadhyay Research Group’s lab includes 4500 sq. ft. of deposition, processing and characterization facilities. Some of the equipment available includes:
- Kurt J. Lesker AXXIS e-beam evaporation system
- AJA DC/RF sputtering system
- Applied Materials Precision 5000 PECVD
- Class 100 cleanroom
- J. A. Woollam V.A.S.E. elliposometer
- HP and Keithley electrical characterization setups with Micromanipulator probestations
- Shimadzu UV-vis and Nicolet FT-IR
