Tony Han is an assistant professor in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at the University of Missouri. Han's research is in the areas of computer vision, machine learning, image/video processing, signal processing, aerial video surveillance and security monitoring. More specifically, Han focuses on applying machine learning techniques to solve automatic human tracking, human detection and object recognition problems. He received a CSE Fellowship from the University of Illinois in 2005. He has received funding from the MU Research Board and Leonard Woods Institute.
