Justin J. Legarsky is an associate professor in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at the University of Missouri. Legarsky’s experience includes a year at the California Institute of Technology, where he worked on the Mars Advanced Radar for Subsurface and Ionospheric Sounding (MARSIS) instrument currently orbiting the planet Mars. His research has been funded by the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, the U.S. Army, the U.S. Navy, the University of Missouri Research Board, Raytheon Co./STX Corp., the National Reconnaissance Office, NASA, the European Space Agency and the U.S. Department of Defense.
