Thomas Marrero is a professor in the Chemical Engineering Department at the University of Missouri. A fellow of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers, Marrero worked for the nuclear division of Martin-Marietta Corp., W.R. Grace Co., Babcock & Wilcox Co. and the nuclear division of the General Electric Co. before joining the Missouri faculty. His research has been funded by the National Science Foundation, NASA and private industry. He is a registered professional engineer in Missouri.
