Analog/Mixed Signal VLSI and Devices Laboratory

The research efforts in Analog/Mixed-Signal VLSI and Devices Laboratory are focused on analog, mixed-signal integrated circuit design in bulk CMOS and SOI technologies, modeling of semiconductor devices for high frequency, high power and high temperature applications, biomicroelectronics, carbon nanotechnology and monolithic sensors.

The laboratory is headed by Dr. Syed Kamrul Islam, Professor and Chair, Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
