Includes one Career Fair (Spring 2020) with two booth spaces in a prominent area, two standing mats, electricity, meals for four recruiters, two interview rooms, two information sessions, two meet and greets, parking, inclusion in event promotion, and signage at the event. Company logo and video on our website and promotion during the Career Fair Week.

Career Fair Booth
$300 Non-Profit and Government
Exposure to more than 700 students who are prepared to seek internships and employment. Cost includes one booth (6 ft. table), two chairs, free parking and lunch for up to two recruiters. Additional amenities are available for fee: standing mat ($60), electricity for booth ($60).

Employer Information Session during Career Week
In a classroom setting, employers present information on their company and current openings. Targeted exposure to students with specific interest in the company. Providing food and AV presentation recommended.
Interviews during Career Week
Includes one interview room for one day. Additional rooms are $125 for each room.
Tabling and Meet and Greet during Career Week
Informal event offers high exposure to students, provides opportunities for introductions. Boosts company presence on campus. Food is highly recommended.
Mad Dash Resume Review during Career Week
Review student resumes in 20-minute individual sessions on the day prior to the Career Fair (10 a.m. to 2 p.m.). Provides real-world assistance to students and exposure for employers. This is a great chance to have a first peek at students who will be at the Fair the next day.
Workshop Presentation during Career Week
As part of the Academy’s Career Development Series, employers may present a session using their own topic and content or based on topics provided by the Academy. Great opportunity for employers to address career and leadership topics from their organization’s perspective.
Employers review resumes, conduct mock interviews and provide any other student support to prepare students for the Career Fair. Students drop in any time between Tuesday, Feb. 4 from 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. and Wednesday, Feb. 5 from noon – 2 p.m.
Office Hours during Career Week
Opportunity to meet with students individually to discuss technical questions, career development, or any topic of interest.
Classroom Connection during Career Week
Based on employer expertise and interest, the Academy will arrange with the appropriate department for a classroom presentation on topics related to that engineering discipline. Builds student and faculty awareness.
