What is it?
The graduate Certificate in AI and Machine Learning is a 15 credit-hour stand-alone certificate. It consists of 6 credit hours from required courses and at least 9 hours of elective courses.

The EECS Department at Mizzou Engineering is at the center of education and research around these technologies, and a large number of EECS faculty members have strong, well-funded research programs around AI and machine learning. This certificate is for those who have a bachelor’s degree and want to enter this in-demand field.

Current Mizzou students should complete a Graduate Certificate Plan of Study Form.
Non-Mizzou students may apply through the Graduate School.
