As an Industrial Engineering Innovation Fellow, students begin research at the beginning of their sophomore year. This program allows students to gain insight into the professional world of industrial engineering, enhance their knowledge base and critical thinking skills and better prepare for their future after graduating from Mizzou. These students also form an invaluable connection with their faculty mentor that can last for years and open other doors during their academic career.
There are multiple opportunities for IE Innovation Fellows to share their work, including the ISE Undergraduate Research Competition and the Mizzou Undergraduate Research Forum.
