Biography

Susan Zeng is an adjunct assistant professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Missouri. She is also an employee of IBM specializing in providing big data and database solutions for businesses and organizations and is a faculty member of IBM Academic Initiative. She has won the IBM Means Service Award in recognition of outstanding service and leadership and the 2012 Gerstner Award for Client Excellence. As a Mizzou alumna and an IBMer, Zeng is actively working on facilitating the collaboration between MU and IBM, bringing in industry expertise to enrich students’ education experience.
