Meet engineers and hiring managers from top firms and organizations. Learn about career opportunities. Firm up plans for internships and employment this summer. It’s all happening at the Mizzou Engineering 2024 Career Fair from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 22, at Mizzou Rec.

The Career Fair brings in hundreds of employers who are looking for interns and full-time employees. They come to the Engineering Career Fair each semester because they know the caliber of Mizzou students, said Anh Nguyen, career services coordinator.

“Companies and hiring managers are eager to talk to our students about opportunities,” she said. “They want to talk to students about interests, career goals and ideas.”

Nguyen stressed that all students are encouraged to attend, even those who aren’t sure where they want to ultimately work.

“Especially if you’re not sure what you want to do, come to the Career Fair,” she said. “It’s a great opportunity to see all of your options as an engineer and to get a feel for the various companies and organizations that hire engineers.”

Students are encouraged to register for the fair in advance. Those who sign up by Jan. 23 will receive a printed name tag at the event. Pre-registration also allows you to see which companies will be in attendance.

Students also have opportunities to meet with employers and prepare for the fair in advance. Events include:
