WTS-KC Scholarship
Requirements
- Gender minority
- Transportation-related degree program
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
Amount: $2,000
Deadline: Friday, Dec. 5
WTS Greater Kansas City is offering scholarships to students pursuing undergraduate or graduate degrees in transportation or related fields, including engineering and aviation. Applicants must be a gender minority in their program and attend a university in Missouri, Kansas, Iowa or Nebraska not currently served by another WTS chapter. alliant Engineering Scholarship
Requirements:
- Freshman, sophomore and junior undergraduates
- Any engineering major
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- U.S. citizen
Amount: $5,000

Kimley-Horn STEM Scholarship
Requirements:
- First-generation student
- Majors:
- Civil engineering, electrical engineering, engineering technology, mechanical engineering, software engineering, systems engineering
- Minimum 2.8 GPA
- Financial need
Amount: $5,000
Deadline: Friday, March 13
This scholarship will award funding to first-generation college/university students who have a 2.8 minimum GPA and qualify as need-based.

- U.S. citizen
