Will this program be accredited?
The University of Missouri plans to pursue program accreditation as soon as the bachelor of science in construction management becomes eligible. Because this is a new degree program, launched in fall 2026, it must graduate its first class before it can be considered for accreditation.
Can I become a licensed professional engineer (PE) with this degree?
No. Graduates of the bachelor of science in construction management program are not eligible to sit for the professional engineer (PE) licensure exam. Students who plan to pursue PE licensure should instead earn a bachelor of science in civil engineering and complete the construction management minor.
