Missouri Honor Awards
The Missouri Honor Award for Distinguished Service in Engineering is the College’s highest honor. Alumni and engineering colleagues/technical organizations who have made outstanding contributions in one or more of a variety of areas are eligible for nomination. Awards are bestowed each year during Engineers’ Week.

James E. “Bud” Moulder Distinguished Alumni Award
The James E. “Bud” Moulder Distinguished Alumni Award honors individuals and/or entities who distinguish themselves in service to the college in connection to the College’s mission to educate engineers, create leaders and develop entrepreneurs in a research and interdisciplinary environment.
Bud Moulder (1922-2014) was a 1953 civil engineering alumnus.
Citation of Merit
The Citation of Merit Award, conferred by the College of Engineering’s alumni organization MUEAO, recognizes a distinguished alumnus or alumna who has made a significant impact to the engineering profession and/or the College.
The award has been given annually since 1984 during Engineers’ Week.
