Chemical Engineering Academy of Distinguished Alumni
The Academy of Distinguished Alumni was established in 2013 for the department’s 110th anniversary.
The purpose of the Academy is to honor chemical engineering graduates who are outstanding in their field, leaders in community affairs and worthy of emulation.
Industrial Advisory Board
The Industrial Advisory Board (IAB) serves as an advisory body to the Department of Chemical and Biomedical Engineering. Drawing on the experience of industry professionals, alumni and engineering leaders, the board provides guidance on academic programs, workforce trends, student preparation, industry engagement and departmental priorities. Through its input and partnership, the IAB helps ensure that the department’s programs remain relevant, innovative and responsive to the needs of students, employers and the engineering profession.
