Biography
Tom E. Clevenger is a professor emeritus and research professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Missouri. He has established the first American environmental technology office in China with a grant from the U.S. Department of Commerce, providing educational and training resources to those interested in advanced American technologies. Clevenger’s research has been funded by the Electric Power Research Institute, the U.S. Marine Corp-Quantico, the Environmental Protection Agency, the Department of the Interior and the U.S. Geological Survey.
