Mizzou Engineers earn S.T.A.R. awards

Four Mizzou Engineering students received S.T.A.R. awards recognizing their successful completion of the Student Training for Advancing Research program.

Offered by the Office of Undergraduate Research, the program provides workshops to engage students in research activities. Topics included getting started in research, responsible conduct of research, discussions with alumni and conversations with faculty researchers from around campus.

The following students attended at least five of the workshops this past semester:

  • Carlos Aleixo Domingues, Engineering
  • Caroline Lentz, Biomedical Engineering
  • Martin Spies, Mechanical Engineering
  • Ziyang Zhang, Computer Science
