New cohort launching summer 2025!

We’re excited to announce that the Mizzou Quantum Innovation Center (QIC) is launching a new cohort of the QLearning Buddies program—a learning series designed to introduce our community to the world of quantum computing.

Our mission is to bring together faculty, students, and industry partners to explore quantum computing and have hands-on experience on the IBM quantum machines. The QLearning Buddies program is tailored for those with no prior experience, guiding participants to become confident practitioners ready to incorporate quantum computing into their research or professional workflows.

We are organizing three progressive learning cohorts:

• Summer 2025
• Fall 2025
• Spring 2026

Time commitment:

• Summer: 3-4 hours per week
• Fall/Spring: 2-3 hours per week
