Employer representatives spoke with students looking to find success at the Spring 2025 Mizzou Engineering Career Fair.

Mizzou Engineering is a place where dreams become reality and experimental learning and creativity flourish. It’s also where top engineering companies recruit the next generation of talent ready to enter the workforce.
Employer representatives spoke with students during the Spring 2025 Mizzou Engineering Career Fair at MizzouRec. Employer Relations Coordinator Shay Jasper said the event was buzzing with energy.
“We’re happy so many companies were able to attend our spring fair,” she said. “Students looked comfortable and excited to be networking with recruiters from regional, national and even international organizations. Thank you to all the employers and industry representatives who came to the fair.”
Typically smaller than the Fall Career Fair, the Spring Career Fair offers students who have never experienced a fair before the opportunity to practice networking with employers before seriously looking for an internship in the fall.
“This being my first Mizzou Engineering Career Fair, I was amazed by the number of students taking their first steps toward their dream careers. I understand how attending a career fair of this size can be intimidating,” Jasper said. “But students should remember everyone is here to support you. You have the skills and the expertise. You just need to find the right match, and that’s what the Engineering Career Services Office can help with.”
Networking for success
With 13 undergraduate degrees and 16 graduate degree programs to choose from, Mizzou Engineering students have a wide range of expertise and are prepared for careers in many sectors of the economy.
