EIT Fall 2022 Capstone Projects

Seniors in the Department of Engineering and Information Technology at Mizzou conclude their coursework with a capstone project. Through these projects, they apply what they’ve learned in their classes to create a product, such as a website or mobile app, that solves a real-world problem.

EECS Fall 2022 Capstone Projects

A semester-long capstone project concludes coursework for seniors in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. During these projects, students work together in teams to study real world challenges and offer recommendations to those problems.

IMSE Fall 2022 Capstone Projects

Seniors in the Department of Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering conclude their coursework with a capstone project. The students meet and work with assigned companies to help improve efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness and safety.

BBCE Fall 2022 Capstone Projects

Students in the Department of Biomedical, Biological and Chemical Engineering conclude their coursework with a group capstone project.

MAE Fall 2022 Capstone Projects

Students in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering work together in a semester-long capstone project to design, manufacture and test products. The experience gives students the hands-on preparation to be successful after graduation.

CEE Fall 2022 Capstone Projects

A capstone project concludes Civil engineering education at Mizzou. These capstone projects allow students to apply what they’ve learned in their classes and work together in teams to study real world challenges and offer recommendations to those problems

Mizzou Engineers and students participating in Engineering REUs (Research Experiences for Undergraduates) were among nearly 130 student researchers across campus who had the opportunity to showcase their work last month. We spoke to some of our presenters to learn more about undergraduate research at Mizzou and what our students can do in 10 weeks.
