Honors College Senior Spotlight: Dane Walker
Through Project Lead the Way – a nonprofit organization that develops STEM curriculum for elementary, middle and high schools across the country – Dane Walker was introduced to a variety of scientific fields. The subject that clicked the most for Walker was engineering. When he made the decision to continue his education at the University of Missouri, he knew the College of Engineering was going to be the perfect fit.

Sweet receives prestigious NSF Graduate Research Fellowship
Campbell Sweet, a PhD student in chemical engineering, has received a 2024 National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship (NSF GRF). Sweet is currently in the first year of her PhD program at Mizzou, conducting research under the mentorship of Professor Patrick Pinhero. The award covers three years of a graduate program.
Students celebrate traditions, launch new programming for E-Week 2024
One of the largest celebrations on campus, Engineers’ Week at Mizzou allows students to embrace the College’s history while also honing their leadership skills as they host events for campus and the community. Baker Honored with James E. ‘Bud’ Moulder Distinguished Alumni Award
Donald F. Baker, B.S. CE ’71 was honored with a James E. “Bud” Moulder Distinguished Alumni Award at Mizzou Engineering’s annual Awards Banquet on March 15.
