Summer Bridge

Summer Bridge is an eight-week summer session that helps acclimate incoming first-year students to a Mizzou Engineering education. Attendees live in residence halls with fellow incoming students and take classes, attend workshops and take part in social events to get accustomed to Mizzou, the College of Engineering and Columbia.

2023 Dates

Monday, June 5 – Friday, July 28

  • TBA (includes one course, housing, meals and workshops)
  • Full scholarships are available for Mizzou Engineering Summer Bridge 2023!

Registration Information

The priority application deadline is Monday, April 3.

Applications received after the priority deadline will be considered as space allows.

Classes Offered

Participants will take one of the following:

  • MATH 1160: Precalculus Mathematics
  • CHEM 1320: College Chemistry
  • CMP_SC 1050: Algorithm Design and Programming
