Greetings! Welcome to Mizzou Engineering, home of some of the most innovative, awe-inspiring, world-changing research and teaching on the University of Missouri campus.
At Mizzou Engineering, we prepare students to engineer a better world. That includes developing life-saving drugs and medical devices, building smarter roads and bridges and optimizing processes to make businesses operate more efficiently. It involves advancing computing and artificial intelligence in ways that are resilient, safe and ethical, and programming devices and robotics that benefit humanity. It means ensuring our waterways are clean and that energy sources are sustainable. And it includes the exploration of new frontiers across our universe.
Here, students and faculty members work side-by-side to search, then research, then search again to solve some of society’s most complex problems.
And, as part of an AAU public land grant institution, we’re committed to sharing those solutions, partnering with governmental agencies, industries, partner institutions and organizations to benefit everyone.
Whether you’re here to explore our academic programs or K-12 camps, you’re considering a career with Mizzou Engineering or you’re interested in collaborating with us, I encourage you to bring your ideas, questions and unique experiences. It takes all of us working together to create a better tomorrow.
