IMSE Hall of Fame Inducts New Members

Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering (IMSE) held its annual IMSE Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony virtually on Friday, Oct. 23. Five new inductees were enshrined into its hall of fame, which was established in 2008.

Lafferre Receives Distinguished Service Award

The Mizzou Alumni Association recently presented Thomas H. Lafferre, BS ME ’56, its 64th Annual Distinguished Service Award. Established in 1956, the Distinguished Service Award honors outstanding service by an individual whose sustained efforts and support have added to the excellence of MU.

The Department of Biomedical, Biological & Chemical Engineering held its Academy of Distinguished Alumni induction ceremony Oct. 19 to honor chemical engineering graduates from the University of Missouri who are outstanding in their field, leaders in community affairs and worthy of emulation.

Civil Academy of Distinguished Alumni inducts newest members

On Sept. 6, the Mizzou Civil & Environmental Engineering Department inducted the newest members into its renowned Academy of Distinguished Alumni. Ronald Berry, David Brune, Peter Hartman, Bryan Hartnagel, Ray Kowalik and Brett Trautman made up the 2019 induction class.
